Braclets Pt. 1

Hi!  Today I decided to write a post about ........... BRACLETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are so many kinds to choose from so, I am making a part 1&2

love this simple fishtail, chevron  braclet
You need:

- 2 thick hair bands

- scissors

- a strand of embroidery floss OR a small metal jewelery link

First, you take the hair bands and twist them together

Pull tightly and attach the link OR if you are using embroidery floss tie tightly or looser to make it bigger

Done!!!!!!!!

Use thinner hair bands to make a ring

Straw Braclet

You need:

- straws

- scissors

- string

- duct tape ( if you want)

First, cover the straws with duct tape ( if you want)
Then, cut the straw in small pieces

Now, tie three long pieces of string together and string them the beads on each string like this:

Tie them together

NAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love painting nails
Here are some ideas for painting nails:

Paint your nails with any color and let dry completely.  Use a Sharpie to draw small details

I love nail stickers!!!!!!!

I got Jamberries for Christmas.  Jamberries are really great nail stickers.  Make sure you order them!!!!!!! (I even saw my math teacher wearing them!)

To make these beautiful flowers, you paint your nails and let dry completely. Take a bobby pin and lightly dip it in nail polish.  Stamp it like a flower and add a center.

Cute!!!!!!!! : )

Yoga

Yoga is a great way to relax, exercise, and stretch.
I like to go to yoga classes too.
Using a yoga mat is easier.

Let's learn some moves!!!!

This one is called the tree

This is the pidgin
you bend your leg and put the other one back

To do the boat, you lay on your stomach and hold your feet

This one is the hardest, the crow
You balance your knees on your elbows

I like watching yoga with Adrine on you tube or there is a yoga.com app that is really good.

Washi Tape Feathers

I absolutely love washi tape!
Here is a tutorial about how to make beautiful feathers.

You could make it into a bookmark

I added mine to my dream catcher!!!!!!!!

Or just decorating

First, you need washi tape. (found at craft stores)

Then, you pull out the tape, fold it, and tear. (Make as large as you like)

Lay another piece of tape down under the other and fold

Add more tape the same way we did to make the feather bigger

Cut the shape of a feather from the washi tape. You can draw the shape before you cut.

Draw a line in the middle

Cut lines to the middle to make it look like a feather

Add finishing touches and, done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
