Yoga



Yoga is a great way to relax, exercise, and stretch.
I like to go to yoga classes too.
Using a yoga mat is easier.

Let's learn some moves!!!!



This one is called the tree


This is the pidgin 
you bend your leg and put the other one back 


To do the boat, you lay on your stomach and hold your feet 


This one is the hardest, the crow
You balance your knees on your elbows 


I like watching yoga with Adrine on you tube or there is a yoga.com app that is really good.
